Who is Rick Hirsch?

Rick Hirsch conducts the client relationships and bookings for all of the bands on this website.  Rick performs in, writes music for, and manages the personnel for these groups as well.

He has been performing professionally since 1986, having performed with the likes of The Four Tops, the Jimmy Dorsey Orchestra, and Tito Puente.  Rick's full professional bio is on this website: www.HirschMusic.biz.

Rick moved to State College from Madison, WI in 1999 with his wife and daughters.  He formed Quintessence and the Classic Jazz Groups in 2000, after becoming acquainted with many of the area's best musicians.  Since then, Rick's bands have become first-choice favorites among brides, event planners, banquet managers, photographers, and wedding professionals throughout Central PA.
